International shipping is approx. 7-10 business days, depending on location. Please allow an additional time of approx. 1-2 business days for order processing. 

Shipping is based on weight of items. 

Order Processing Times and Order Tracking

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time. Please note handling time may take longer during peak sale periods.


Orders placed before 11:00am ET are processed the same business day, Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.  We may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations, and they may be received separately. 

Confirmation Emails

You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for your order. These emails are sent automatically. If you do not receive these notifications, please check your spam folder or contact info@oliberte.com

Cancellations

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and your credit card will be refunded. Note – refunds may take up to 5 business day to appear in your bank account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you have not seen any tracking movement within 5 business days of your shipped confirmation email, please email us at info@oliberte.com or call 905-901-3660 and we will be happy to look into it for you.
