International customers we accept final returns only for up to 45 days after the item was purchased and are at the customers expense. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition. Products sold and stated as Final Sale, Gorilla Wax and Wallets are not eligible for a return.


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If item is received visibly worn outside Oliberté will NOT accept the return and will be returned back to sender. No exceptions. 

HOW TO RETURN

All returns need a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns without a prior Return Authorization Number may delay your return or may not be accepted by our warehouses.

How to request a Return Authorization Number:

If you ordered on your account with Oliberté: Log into My Account - Order History - click on RETURN located next to the order you wish to return and follow the step by step directions. 

If you you ordered as a guest (did not sign in) with Oliberté: Click here you will need your electronic receipt to fill out the RMA request. NOT YOUR PICKING SLIP.

From your 
electronic receipt you will need to locate the following:  

  • Order ID number (i.e. OLI-0012345678-123456-123456) Must match EXACTLY 
  • Order Email Address 


Once the return request has been reviewed by Oliberté, you will receive a status update email notification with the next steps on how to return. Shipping is at customers expense. 

IMPORTANT: Once you have received your RMA with return instructions, you will have 30 days to return your item. After 30 days, your RMA will expire and in some cases will no longer be eligable for return or exchange. 

If you are returning an item that was changed after the order was placed it will not show on your available to return items, please contact returns@oliberte.com for an RMA.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available to North American Customers.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase, along with any sales tax which was charged at time of purchase. 

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account

PRICE CHANGES

Prices of a style or model can change for a variety of reasons. Prices reductions are accommodated for 30 days from the date of order.  Note: This does not apply to exclusive sales and Black Friday Sales or for promo codes or special promotions that can vary within the course of a year.

FINAL SALE


Please be mindful when placing an order that FINAL SALE on the product page means item is NOT eligable for return or exchange. No exceptions whatsoever. 

We wish we had the ability to mark your receipts with a large red stamp FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS like a retail store can, but with being online we can only try our best to make it as clear as possible.
