Oliberté will gladly exchange or refund items with 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in resellable condition. If item is received visibly worn, Oliberté has the right to refuse the return and it will be returned to sender.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns without a prior RMA may be delayed or may not be accepted by our warehouses.
How to request a Return Authorization Number:

We offer FREE exchanges for North American customers (only Canada and Continental United States), Oliberté will cover all shipping expenses.
We are happy to hold the exchange item for up to 30 days. If you are unable to return the original item within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase.
Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless there was a fulfillment error.
