Oliberté will gladly refund items with 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in resellable condidion. If item is received visibly worn, Oliberté has the right to refuse the return and it will be returned to sender.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns without a prior RMA may be delayed or may not be accepted by our warehouses.
How to request a Return Authorization Number:
If you have an account with Oliberté: Log into My Account – Order History – click on RETURN located next to the order you wish to return and follow the step by step directions.

We only offer returns, no exchanges. In the case of a return, customer must ship independently and include a tracking number. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details if you need to request a return.
Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase.
Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless there was a fulfillment error.
